INTRODUCTION
The package tours GO Sport Travel offer usually include air transport, overnight stays and event tickets. There are, however, exceptions where the number of overnight stays can vary. This is described in the text for each event. GO Sport Travel also only event ticket-only . On occasions when GO Sport Travel's commitment is to arrange an event ticket, they cannot be held responsible for the parts of the trip that the traveller arranges himself through suppliers other than GO Sport Travel.

INTRODUCTION
The package tours GO Sport Travel offers usually include air transport, overnight stays and event tickets, however, there are exceptions where the number of overnight stays can vary. This is described in the text during each event.
GO Sport Travel also only arranges event tickets. On occasions when GO Sport Travel's commitment is to arrange an event ticket, they cannot be held responsible for the parts of the trip that the traveler arranges himself via suppliers other than GO Sport Travel.
1. FLIGHT TICKETS
1.1 Each air carrier has its own rules and conditions for delays, canceled flights, baggage handling, baggage weights and passengers. Contact the air carrier or GO Sport Travel in the event of any delays, canceled flights, baggage handling, baggage weights and rules for passengers. The air carrier has no responsibility for other parts of the package. Airline tickets can only be used on the dates and times stated on the airline ticket. Departure times and flight numbers are subject to change. Contact the air carrier or GO Sport Travel for information.
1.2 Changes in flight bookings, such as name changes or changed flight times, follow each carrier's rules and conditions. Contact GO Sport Travel for these changes. If the desired changes are feasible, GO Sport Travel will impose the cost on the traveler.
1.3 GO Sport Travel is not responsible for any connecting transport that the traveler has booked separately in addition to the package tour. If connecting transport is booked so that the traveler cannot be on time for the departure time in the package trip, GO Sport Travel shall not be held responsible for this.
1.4 GO Sport Travel is not held responsible and can not be charged for working hours lost to the traveler in the event of delays.
2. HOTEL
2.1 GO Sport Travel follows the hotel's rules and conditions that apply to each specific booking. GO Sport Travel is not responsible for any. damage, the hotel's extra services or anything else caused or used by the traveler during the package tour. Any costs that are subsequently imposed on GO Sport Travel by the hotel supplier and that have been caused or used by the traveler are imposed on the traveler.
2.2 GO Sport Travel has the right at any time before departure to change the traveler's hotel booking to an equivalent or better hotel standard in the event of any overbookings of the hotels without being held liable to the traveler.
3. MATCH / EVENT TICKET (Ex. Sports, concert, musical or theater ticket)
3.1 GO Sport Travel guarantees in the event of an even number of travelers (eg 4 travelers) that no one is sitting alone, e.g. 2 + 2, within the guaranteed sections confirmed at the time of booking. In the event of an odd number of travelers (eg 5 travelers), the division can be ex. 2 + 2 + 1st However, GO Sport Travel always does its best to offer as good a location as possible. For football matches at the Camp Nou, pairwise placement is only guaranteed when booking Hospitality seats (eg Paris Lounge & Berlin Lounge).
3.1.1 At football matches at Stamford Bridge, Emirates Stadium, Old Trafford, Craven Cottage & Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the Seller has the right to place reservations with an even number of travelers on rows above each other (eg row E chair 202 and row F chair 202). 3.2 GO Sport Travel has at any time the right to upgrade the traveler's match / event ticket to a better section according to the seatmaps shown on www.gosporttravel.com during each event, without being liable to the traveler.
3.3 GO Sport Travel's changes / cancellation before departure
3.3.1 If GO Sport Travel has to cancel the trip or if it cannot be carried out as agreed, the traveler must be informed as soon as possible.
3.3.2 However, this does not apply to changes or deviations, which can be considered to be of minor importance to the traveler.
3.3.3 If the change means that the economic value of the trip is reduced, the traveler is entitled to a reduction in the price.
3.3.4 Are the changes made to the agreement in GO Sport Travel significant, or is the trip canceled without the traveler being liable for this, he / she can:
Terminate the agreement and get back the full amount he / she paid under the agreement, or
• participate in another package tour, if GO Sport Travel can offer this.
3.3.5 The traveler must, within a reasonable time after receiving notification of a change or that the trip has been canceled, notify GO Sport Travel of his choice.
3.3.6 If the replacement trip has a smaller value than the original package trip, GO Sport Travel must repay the price difference to the traveler.
3.4 GO Sport Travel's changes after departure
3.4.1 Due to later circumstances, GO Sport Travel may not be able to provide parts of the agreed services after departure. In such cases, GO Sport Travel shall offer compensation arrangements.
3.4.2 For some package tours, due to their special nature, it can be difficult to predict the exact course. Changed natural conditions, road diversions, political events, etc. may mean that GO Sport Travel is forced to make changes to the itinerary. In such cases, GO Sport Travel shall, if possible, offer the traveler compensation arrangements. If the change causes a deterioration for the traveler, he may be entitled to damages and / or price reductions.
3.4.3 If changes in the agreed services according to 3.4.1 or 3.4.2 are due to circumstances beyond GO Sport Travel's control, which he could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account when the agreement was entered into and the consequences of which he could not reasonably have avoided or overcome , the traveler is not entitled to damages. If changes are due to a subcontractor hired by GO Sport Travel, GO Sport Travel is free from liability for damages only if it is due to a circumstance beyond the subcontractor's control.
3.5 The traveler is obliged to check the exact match / event start (kick off, set time for performance, starting point for race or drop-off) before departure.
3.5.1 Incorrect match / event tickets in relation to what is confirmed at the time of booking must be pointed out immediately before the start of the match / event with calls to GO Sport Travel's emergency number contained in the travel documents, so that GO Sport Travel has an opportunity to correct any errors. If GO Sport Travel cannot correct a possible error, the traveler must in writing, and with a copy or original match / event ticket, point out the error to GO Sport Travel no later than 14 days after returning home.
3.6 Delivery of match / event ticket takes place no later than 11.00 on the match / event day to the traveler's hotel unless otherwise stated (in some cases the match / event ticket is sent home to the customer and in some cases the match / event ticket is picked up at the ticket office). If delivery has not taken place by 11.00, the traveler must contact GO Sport Travel's emergency number which can be found in the travel documents. If match / event tickets have not been delivered to the traveler no later than 16.00 on the match / event day, GO Sport Travel shall reimburse the traveler with a fixed amount of SEK 250 per booked match / event ticket.
If delivery fails before the start of the match / event (kick off, scheduled time for performance, starting point for race or drop-off), GO Sport Travel shall reimburse the customer with the entire package travel price.
3.7 GO Sport Travel is not responsible for the traveler's behavior and attire before, during and after the match / event and can not be held liable for any part of the package travel by the traveler if he is rejected from the match / event by the match / event organizer.
3.8 Face Value (the price that may be printed on the event ticket) is not the price GO Sport Travel buys match / event tickets for from clubs and agencies.
4. ORDER
4.1 Bookings of package travel are made via e-mail, fax, web form at www.gosporttravel.com or by telephone by the traveler. Orders by telephone can be recorded without the traveler being notified. As the order has been placed and confirmed by GO Sport Travel, the agreement is binding on both parties.
4.2 A traveler who orders a package tour with more participants than him, assumes responsibility as a payer for all participants, and undertakes to inform all participants about GO Sport Travel's special travel conditions.
4.3 Act on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises (2005:59), also called the Distance Contracts Act, does not apply with reference to ch. 2. § 11 (cultural event, sporting event or similar service).
4.4 GO Sport Travel has the right to take credit information on the customer and also has the right to take action accordingly.
4.5 Oral agreements when ordering must be in writing on the invoice / confirmation in order to be invoked.
5. PAYMENT
5.1 Payment of booked package travel takes place either against an invoice with a due date of 10 days after the time of booking, unless otherwise stated or against a payment / credit card. Handling fee will be added with 50 SEK.
6. TRAVEL ACTIONS
6.1 GO Sport Travel sends the travel documents the traveler needs to complete the trip 0-7 days before departure. In the event that match / event tickets are delivered as e-tickets, or that GO Sport Travel awaits deliveries of match / event tickets from the organizer or agency, these will be sent 0-3 days before the event.
6.2 The traveler is responsible for checking that the travel documents comply with the order of the package tour and for immediately reporting any errors to GO Sport Travel.
6.3 The traveler is responsible for immediately notifying GO Sport Travel of any changes in the traveler's contact information.
6.4 The traveler is responsible for contacting GO Sport Travel if complete travel documents have not been received 24 hours before departure.
7. PASSPORTS, VISAS, PERMITS OF ENTRY, VACCINATION, RESTRICTIONS
7.1 All travelers are required to bring a valid passport during the package tour.
7.2 It is the traveler's responsibility to find out if a visa is required for entry, and to make the visa application. If a traveler ordered a package trip from GO Sport Travel and thereafter a visa is denied, GO Sport Travel cannot be held liable.
7.3 It is the traveler's responsibility to find out whether an entry permit is required for entry, and to make an application for entry. If a traveler ordered a package trip from GO Sport Travel and thereafter is denied entry, GO Sport Travel cannot be held liable.
7.4 It is the traveler's responsibility to contact the vaccination center for the exact recommendation.
7.5 It is the traveler's responsibility to take note of the applicable restrictions on departure and entry for the destination.
8. CANCELLATION
8.1 Booked airline tickets in a package tour are never refundable regardless of when the cancellation takes place.
8.2 Ordered match / event tickets in a package trip are never refundable regardless of the cancellation.
If canceled up to 15 days before date of departure, 50% of the hotel cost will be refunded. If canceled 14 days and up to 24 hours before departure, 25% of the hotel cost will be refunded. In case of cancellation closer than 24 hours before departure refund 0% of the hotel cost.
8.4 Cancellations of orders made during a known pandemic announced by the WHO or epidemic will be refunded with 0% of the total amount of the booking.
9. COMPLAINT
9.1 In the event of a fault in the agreed services, the traveler shall immediately, after he / she has noticed or should have noticed the fault, complain to GO Sport Travel, his representative or to the subcontractor, to whom the fault relates, in order to give GO Sport Travel the opportunity to remedy error. Complaints must, if possible, be made at the destination.
Incorrect match / event tickets in relation to what is confirmed at the time of booking must be pointed out immediately before the start of the match / event with calls to GO Sport Travel's emergency number contained in the travel documents, so that GO Sport Travel has an opportunity to correct any errors.
9.1.2. If possible, the traveler must ensure that the complaint is documented in writing by GO Sport Travel or its subcontractor on site.
9.1.3. The traveler may not invoke errors, if the complaint has not been made in accordance with what is stated above.
9.1.4. Claims for damages or price reductions must be submitted to GO Sport Travel as soon as possible after the end of the trip.
9.1.5. If a claim is made due to an error in the agreed services later than two months from the time when the traveler noticed or should have noticed the error, the traveler is considered to have lost the right to invoke the error.
10. PRINTING AND WRITING ERRORS
10.1 GO Sport Travel reserves the right to print and write errors in quotes, confirmations, invoices, travel documents, on websites owned by it, in catalogs, advertisements, and in all other marketing material.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
11.1 Both GO Sport Travel and the traveler have the right to withdraw from the agreement if, after the agreement has become binding on the parties, on or near the destination or along the planned route, a natural disaster, act of war, general strike or other intrusive event occurs that significantly affects the trip implementation or the conditions at the destination at the time when the trip is to be completed.
In a force majeure situation, ev. regulation of costs takes place from a reasonable perspective based on each individual situation.
11.2 The assessment of whether an event is to be regarded as constituting such an event as specified in 11.1 shall be made with regard to official statements from Swedish and international authorities. A recommendation by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs from travel to the destination in question shall be regarded as such an event.
ARRANGEMENT MATCH / EVENT TICKETS
1. MATCH / EVENT TICKET (Ex. Sports, concert, musical or theater ticket)

1.1.1 In football matches at Stamford Bridge, Emirates Stadium, Etihad Stadium, Anfield, Old Trafford, Craven Cottage & Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the Seller has the right to place reservations with an even number of travelers on rows above each other (eg row E chair 202 and row F chair 202).
1.2 GO Sport Travel has at any time the right to upgrade the traveler's match / event ticket to a better section according to the seatmaps shown on www.gosporttravel.com during each event, without being liable to the traveler.
1.3 In the event of changes to the match / event date and / or time, the match / event ticket is valid regardless of when the new date is or when the new time is set. GO Sport Travel is not responsible for the customer's transports, accommodation or other activities that he has booked through other channels.
1.3.1 The traveler is obliged to check the exact match / event start (kick off, set time for performance, start point for race or drop-off) before departure.
1.3.2 The traveler is obliged to ensure that the hotel reservation at the venue is booked under the same name as stated when ordering ticket brokerage at GO Sport Travel.
1.4 Incorrect match / event tickets compared to what is confirmed at the time of booking must be pointed out immediately before the start of the match / event with a call to GO Sport Travel's emergency number contained in the travel documents, so that GO Sport Travel has an opportunity to correct any errors. If GO Sport Travel cannot correct a possible error, the traveler must in writing, and with a copy or original match / event ticket, point out the error to GO Sport Travel no later than 14 days after returning home.
1.6 Delivery of match / event ticket takes place no later than 11.00 on the match / event day to the traveler's hotel unless otherwise stated (in some cases the match / event ticket is sent home to the customer and in some cases the match / event ticket is picked up at the ticket office). If delivery has not taken place by 11.00, the traveler must contact GO Sport Travel's emergency number which can be found in the travel documents. If match / event tickets have not been delivered to the traveler no later than 16.00 on the match / event day, GO Sport Travel shall reimburse the traveler with a fixed amount of SEK 250 per booked match / event ticket. If delivery fails before match / event start (kick off, set time for performance, starting point for race or drop-off), GO Sport Travel shall reimburse the customer for 100% of the cost GO Sport Travel charged for the agency. GO Sport Travel is not responsible for the customer's transports, accommodation or other activities that he has booked through other channels.
1.7 GO Sport Travel is not responsible for matches / events that are interrupted due to hooliganism, war, strike, natural disaster, weather, pandemic announced by the WHO or any other circumstance before or during the event and can not be held liable for the cost of mediation. GO Sport Travel is not responsible for the customer's transports, accommodation or other activities that he has booked through other channels.
1.8 GO Sport Travel is not responsible for the traveler's behavior and attire before, during and after the match / event and can not be held liable for any part of the agency if he is rejected from the match / event by the match / event organizer.
1.9 Face Value (the price printed on the event ticket) is not the price GO Sport Travel buys match / event tickets for from clubs and agencies.
1.10 Event tickets can be delivered as paper tickets or as annual tickets.
1.10.1 Paper tickets are only valid for the specific event for which they are delivered and can be retained by the customer after the event has ended.
1.10.2 Annual passes are used for more events in the same arena during a year and must therefore be returned by the customer according to instructions that come with delivery. If this does not happen and the customer, for example, brings annual cards to their home destination, these must be returned immediately to GO Sport Travel. All costs for this are charged to the customer.
2. ORDER
2.1 Ordering of mediation takes place via e-mail, fax, web form at www.gosporttravel.com or by telephone by the traveler. Orders by telephone can be recorded without the traveler being notified. As the order has been made and confirmed by GO Sport Travel, the agreement is binding on both parties.

4.3 The traveler is responsible for immediately notifying GO Sport Travel of any changes in the traveler's contact information.
4.4 The traveler is responsible for contacting GO Sport Travel if complete documents have not been received 24 hours before the start of the event.
5. CANCELLATION
5.1 Confirmed match / event tickets is under no circumstances refundable.
5.2 In some cases, match / event tickets are not personal and can then be transferred to third parties. Contact GO Sport Travel for further information if the need arises.
5.3 Cancellations of orders made during a known pandemic announced by the WHO or epidemic will be refunded with 0% of the total amount of the booking.
5.4 Orders placed before a known pandemic announced by the WHO or epidemic and whose events are affected by a new event date, canceled events or that events are held with a limited number of visitors or even with closed stands are compensated with a value check to 50% of the booking value and with 24 months validity.
6. PRINTING AND WRITING ERRORS
6.1 GO Sport Travel reserves the right to print and write errors in quotes, confirmations, invoices, travel documents, on websites owned by it, in catalogs, advertisements, and in all other marketing material.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
7.1 GO Sport Travel is not held responsible for any part of the mediation in case of force majeure, such as natural disasters, volcanic eruptions, political instability, strikes, weather conditions, pandemics and other events that GO Sport Travel could not have foreseen at the time of entering into the agreement.
