The packages promoted by GO Sport Travel includes normally 2 night accomodation, breakfast (not in US & Canada) and ticket to chosen event. Keep in mind that packages with different substance will as well be shown on the website.
In the cases where GO Sport Travel supply the client with event ticket only, GO Sport Travel cannot be held responsible for any other parts of the client´s itinerary (such as flights, transfers, accomodation, other events not booked through GO Sport Travel etc.)
1.1 GO Sport Travel follows the conditions for each specific reservation.
GO Sport Travel cannot be held responsible for any damage client cause in the hotel, hotel services used by the client (should be paid by the client direct to the hotel at check out). Any costs that are turned to GO Sport Travel (that not are included in the agreement with the client) are to be charged direct to the client.
1.2 GO Sport Travel can at any time before check in change the client´s hotel reservation, due to overbooking, to equal or higher standard without any penalties.
2. Event Ticket
2.1 GO Sport Travel guarantee reservations with even numbers (i.e 4 people) that no one sits alone (i.e 2+2), within the guaranteed sections that have been confirmed at the time of reservation are made. Reservations with odd numbers (i.e 5 people) can be placed with one seat alone (i.e 2+2+1). GO Sport Travel do their very best to place the seats in the best available location as possible.
2.1.1 For home games of Chelsea FC, Arsenal FC, Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Watford FC, Crystal Palace FC and Tottenham Hotspur FC GO Sport Travel have the right to place reservations with even numbers (i.2 e people) in rows behind each other (i.e row E seat 202, row F seat 202).
2.2 GO Sport Travel can at any time before kick off upgrade the event tickets to a higher standard according the shown seating plans and specifications at www.gosporttravel.com/en without any penalties.
2.3 The event ticket is valid for the specific game. It is the client´s responsibility to check the exact kick off time and date for the event.
2.4 If the tickets that are delivered are not located in the confirmed area it is the client´s responsibility to immediately contact GO Sport Travels emergency number printed on the travel documents. GO Sport Travel have the right to change the tickets to correct tickets and if GO Sport Travel are not able to sort that out the client have to send the copy of the tickets by post / e-mail no later than 14 days after the date of the game to be able to claim any refund.
2.5 Delivery of tickets are to be done either by voucher sent by e-mail (to be used for collection at the venue), by post to client´s post address or delivery to the client´s hotel. Deliveries made to client´s hotel are to be done no later than 11.00 (local time) at the day of the game. If delivery of tickets are not done by 11.00 on the day of the game the client are obliged to contact GO Sport Travel through the emergency number printed on the travel documents.
2.6 GO Sport Travel are not to be held responsible for any refunds for events that are cancelled (even after kick off or start of show) due to holiganism, war, strike, natural disaster, weather or other circumstances.
2.7 GO Sport Travel are not to be held responsible for any refunds because of the client´s dressing and behavior before, during and after the event if the client are ejected from the event.
3.1 The reservation are to be made through e-mail, fax, post or order form at www.gosporttravel.com/en or by phone.
Reservations made by phone can be recorded without any notification to the client. At the time where the reservation are confirmed the client and GO Sport Travel are 100% bound to the agreement.
3.2 The client are 100% bound to the reservation if the reservation are made for other persons than it self and are obliged to pay 100% of the amount for the reservation and are d to inform the other persons in the group of the conditions of the reservation.
3.3 Agreement made by phone must be printed on the confirmation to be valid.
4.1 Payment of the reservation are to be made by VISA or MASTERCARD at the time of the reservation. Administration fee of €6 are to be added to the total amount.
5. Travel documents
5.1 At the time of the payment GO Sport Travel sends the travel documents by e-mail to the client.
5.2 It is the client´s responsibility to make sure that the travel documents agrees to the confirmed reservation. The client are obliged to inform GO Sport Travel of any parts in the travel documents that not agree to the confirmation.
5.3 The client are obliged to inform GO Sport Travel of any changes of the client´s contact details.
6. PASSPORT & VISA
6.1 All client are obliged to bring valid passport during the trip.
6.2 It is the client´s responsibility to apply for visa. If the client have made a reservation with GO Sport Travel and after confirmation are denied visa, the reservation with GO Sport Travel are not possible to change or cancelled.
6.3 It is the client´s responsibility to make sure if visa are to be applied for or not for each destination.
7.1 Confirmed event tickets are non refundable.
7.2 Cancellation of hotel are possible until 15 days before check in against a penalty of 50% of the cost. Cancellation between 14 days before check in and 24 hours before check in are possible with a penalty of 75% of the cost. Cancellation less than 24 hours before check in possible with a penalty of 100% of the cost.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
8.1 GO Sport Travel cannot be held responsible for any part of the confirmed package or event ticket when force majeure occurs.
