Borussia Verein für Leibesübungen 1900 e.V. Mönchengladbach, most commonly called Borussia Mönchengladbach, was founded in 1900 and with its long name, it is thankful that the abbreviation Gladbach or the nicknames Die Fohlen (The Colts) and Die Borussen (The Prussians) can often be used instead.
