Sporting Clube de Braga was founded in 1921 and is a football club in the city of Braga in the northernmost part of Portugal. The club's home arena, Estádio Municipal de Braga, was opened in 2003 and has an audience capacity of about 30,000 spectators. The club with its red and white match clothes has in recent years become one of the country's most successful clubs. The club also goes by the nickname "Os Arcebispos" (Archbishops).
