Parma Calcio 1913 is a professional Italian football club in the city of Parma. The club was founded in 1913, then under the name Verdi FC. The home arena is Stadio Ennio Tardini. The club with the black and white match clothes has had some Swedish players over the years, including Tomas Brolin (1990–1995) and Jesper Blomqvist (1997–1998).
The club was declared bankrupt in 2015 and then had to restart with games in Serie D. However, the team made a quick climb and was in the 2019/2020 season back in Serie A.
